We are “The Green Biking Club”-- a local tour operator in the Khao Lak area. We are the only one who operates a “Healthy Biking Tour” in the green zone, hidden away from the city, the main road and tourist sites of the Khao Lak beaches.

The inspiration that drove us to open a bike tour company is that Khao Lak has many nice small villages where local people are living self- sufficiently with the support of Our Great King Bhumibol. He really appreciates and encourages Thais to lead self-sufficient lives. Additionally, our manager and tour guide graduated with a degree in Eco Tourism from Maejo University, one of the best universities in Thailand which teaches all about agriculture, ecology and the environment. Therefore, she is very knowledgeable about nature, culture and Thai life, fluent in English and German, and a very pleasant, friendly person.

Our tours give you an opportunity to bike in the fresh air of the green forest, see the authentic daily life of the local people and learn how they earn income from their plantation or farm. You can even visit prawn farms, fish farms and herb plantations, where they produce the ingredients used to make our famous Thai cuisine that you have eaten on your vacation.
